R9BOT

Say hello.
It says it back.

The 60 cm AI companion that walks, talks, transforms — and gets you.

AI that plays along

A mind of its own.
Tuned to yours.

Ask it anything. Challenge it to anything. R9 listens, answers, jokes, and remembers how you like to play. Its face isn't a screen with eyes — it's a full round display with a hundred moods, rendered 60 times a second.

okay… capital of Mongolia. go.
Ulaanbaatar. Too easy. My turn — and I'm not going easy on you.

Conversations stay on-device until you say otherwise. Parents hold the keys.

Engineered motion

26 joints. Zero strings.

Brushless servos in every joint. A balance brain making 1,000 corrections a second. R9 doesn't play back animations — it actually walks, actually balances, and when you push it, it actually recovers. Knock it down and it stands back up. Point made.

One more form

One robot. Two forms.
No tools. No tears.

R9 recalculates its center of gravity through every degree of its transformation — so it can change shape standing up, mid-conversation, without missing a word. Your friends will ask you to make it do it again. Make it do it again.

Built like it means it

Carbon fibre bones.
Aerospace aluminum joints.
Armor that shrugs.

A carbon-fibre skeleton carries the load. Hard-anodized aluminum takes the strain. And every panel is polycarbonate — the material of riot shields — floating on shock mounts that soak up the drops, the tumbles, and the little brother. Drop-tested from 1.2 metres onto concrete. Every angle. Still dancing.

Carbon fibre

The skeleton. Stiff, light, unbothered.

Anodized aluminum

Every joint. Takes the strain, keeps the tolerance.

Polycarbonate

The armor. Clicks off, clicks on, keeps going.

And if a panel ever loses a fight: it clicks off, and a new one clicks on.

The face

Every feeling. Full colour.

A round, daylight-bright display, optically bonded behind a hardened lens. Joy, mischief, focus, fake outrage when you win — rendered at 60 frames a second, readable from across the room.

For the grown-ups

Powerful for kids.
Reassuring for you.

Every joint is force-limited and back-drivable — a curious hand can always win against the motors. The wake word runs on the robot, not in the cloud. Content filters and time limits live in your app, not theirs. And it's certified to the toy-safety standards you'd hope for and the electronics standards you wouldn't think to ask about.
